Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website and, separately, the terms under which Lookelo provides services to clients. By using this site or engaging Lookelo's services, you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: August 17, 2026.
Use of this website
This website is provided to give you information about Lookelo's services and to let you request an audit or get in touch. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific search ranking, a specific number of leads, a specific amount of traffic, or a specific AI citation. Search engines and AI systems, not Lookelo, control what they ultimately show a given searcher. Any timeline discussed is based on general industry experience, not a promise for your specific business.
Client services agreement
Services are provided month to month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Either party may end the engagement with the notice period agreed at signup. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for a specific engagement are set out separately when you sign up, not on this page.
Client responsibilities
To do the work described in our proposal, we need timely access to your website, Google Business Profile, and relevant accounts, along with accurate business information and prompt review of factual content before it's published. Delays on these fronts can delay results.
Content ownership and approval
Content written for your website or profiles becomes yours once published, but nothing is published under your name without your review and approval first. You're responsible for confirming that licensing, warranty, pricing, and other factual claims we draft on your behalf are accurate before approving them.
Payment
Fees are billed as agreed at signup, typically monthly in advance. Late payment may pause active work until the account is current.
Limitation of liability
Lookelo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and original written content of this website belong to Lookelo and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your business name, logo, and materials you provide remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
