What does a Lookelo report look like?
A monthly report in plain language: what we did, what moved, and what's next. No jargon, no vanity metrics dressed up as wins, and no chart that only looks good if you don't ask what it actually measures.
What's actually in the report
- Executive scorecard
- Calls, quote requests, booked jobs, and revenue where you can share it. This is the first thing on the page, not the last.
- Visibility
- How you're trending on Google Search, Google Maps, and in the AI prompts we track for your business and your competitors.
- Reputation and data accuracy
- Reviews, listing accuracy, and any profile or business-information issues we found and fixed.
- Work completed, and why it mattered
- A plain list of what we actually did that month, tied to the priority it addressed, not a vague activity log.
- Next month's priorities
- What we're doing next, what we need from you to do it, and any risks worth flagging early.

Leading indicators versus business outcomes
Search impressions, rankings, and AI mentions are leading indicators: useful signs the foundation is improving, but not proof of revenue on their own. Calls, quote requests, booked jobs, and revenue are the business outcomes that actually justify the work. We report both, but we don't let the first stand in for the second.
How we handle attribution
We don't claim a lead came from an AI citation just because you appeared in an AI answer that month. We use call tracking, form tracking, and a simple "how did you hear about us" question to trace real leads back to a real source. Where the source is genuinely unclear, we label it as assisted visibility instead of pretending we tracked something we didn't.
How each metric is measured
- Website visits
- Measured through Google Analytics after consent and setup, so the number reflects real visitors, not raw server hits.
- Search and Maps visibility
- Measured through Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile insights: impressions, clicks, and where you show up for the searches that matter.
- AI mentions
- Which prompts mention you, which sources get cited instead, and how that changes month to month, tracked across the assistants relevant to your customers.
- Calls and quote requests
- Measured through configured call tracking and form events where available, so a number in this report maps to an actual inquiry, not a guess.
REALISTIC TIMELINES
How fast can traffic actually grow?
Honest answer: SEO compounds, it does not spike. The first results usually show within two to four months. Meaningful traffic growth tends to arrive around six months, and the fuller results land between twelve and twenty-four months. We set a baseline on day one and measure growth against where you actually started.
